you just relapsed and you’re back to day zero back to day three whatever this is like these days are not good like one to three like you got to use discipline these days to not fap and then day three to 20 are a bit easier and these are the days where you’re feeling so horny your testosterone goes up you’re feeling so confident about yourself and day 20 to 30 is where it starts to normalize a little bit and you kind start to feel a bit like normal on no fap and day 30 all the way to day 90 is the days where you just don’t want to fap as much just you know it feels a lot more normal and natural to be on nofap it becomes a lot easier like when you’re about like day 30 to day 90 no fab becomes a lot easier but from day one to day 30 it’s hard you got to use discipline and you’re not used to not fapping for 30 days but then as i said it gets a lot easier after the day 30 all the way to day 90 day 120 it’s a lot easier okay and if you don’t quit now if you don’t stop watching porn and fapping and being an like a porn addict you won’t be able to quit in the future i’m telling you like this is how it goes like you think that yeah right now i’m fapping but in the future when i get
