spiritual aspect let me let me clarify that i’m one of the first brothers that spoke on it from a spiritual vantage point on youtube you had people sprinkled out who spoke on it but i added the mind the body and the soul to it and um you know the benefit of semen retention when i came onto the scene you only had a couple brothers uh you had another brother named classic opus shout out to classic opus i think he has he has a website now but um yeah you know no fap is important not not masturbating um is important on so many levels mentally physically and spiritually um on a spiritual level if you are releasing your seed and there’s no one present you’re by yourself um you’re dealing with you’re dealing with a benevolent spirit you’re dealing with the succubus demon you’re dealing with demon sex and i know a lot of y’all may not know that but you’re absolutely dealing with a a spirit all right and this spirit that is getting gratification from you while releasing your your seed this spirit is gaining gratification and it is plaguing your life in so many ways a lot of people who struggle with masturbation struggle with depression they struggle with social anxiety or high levels um they struggle with just mental clarity um they struggle physically you know they become very lethargic um lazy lazy for lack of better words um a lot of these people tend to be very reserved when it comes to actually communicating with other people because it goes into the idea of what’s done in the dark will appear in the light so whatever type of behaviors you’re doing in a dark basement by yourself in a room by yourself while nobody’s watching and you’re just inundating yourself with all of this material that’s fluctuating all around while you’re just possessing yourself by that succubus demon when you when you get in public what end up happening is those spirits begin to torment you because that’s their goal they want to stop you from getting opportunities they want to stop you from excelling at your job they want to they want to stop you from excelling with real women you know they they don’t want you to be able to attract a real woman they don’t want you to come in contact see satan is anti-life satan wants to lower your frequency starting off in your home in your bedroom while you alone that spirit that whispers in your ear telling you to open that tablet up go ahead and go to that website go ahead and release some energy you ain’t got nothing better to do you know you ain’t doing nothing right now this ain’t gonna hurt you when a lot of the times when you engage in that type of behavior it causes a great deal of shame a great villa a great deal of conviction um you feel nasty and and you’re supposed to feel that way because you’re doing something that’s actually unnatural it’s natural for a man and a woman to come together so the reason why you feel this this nasty feeling is because you haven’t mortified your members to sin and i mean what i mean by mortify your members is refrain your members you know dedicate your body to what’s righteous you understand so what end up happening is that that devil that devil plays on a lot of people and a lot of people experience this but they don’t want to really speak about it because it’s a topic that a lot of people with maturity can engage in but people who are immature can’t really touch on these type of topics they’re afraid they’re ashamed essentially but you know people battle with this and i’m gonna bring out some facts imma bring out some scriptures uh mark says you were right i’ve been celibate for a year and have been practicing no fat preach the truth new breed absolutely and i know it feels a lot better i know you feel a lot more pure a lot more clean you’re thinking with clarity with levity um a lot of times when people struggle with masturbation you know they walk around with this dark cloud over their heads it’s a dark cloud hovering over them and they they don’t know how to really express how they feel and a lot of these people struggle with their anger uh their emotions are not on an evil even killed you understand you want to be the same person day in and but it also goes on to say accept it be with consent for a time so you’ll have to have an agreement that agreement has to be okay we’re gonna take a time and not have some sex we’re gonna go abstinent we’re gonna practice some celibacy for a while we’re gonna dedicate our time to prayer to fasting to becoming one with the almighty working on our own personal problems and trying to rid ourselves of our personal demons so essentially we could be better for each other so even in a relationship you are supposed to take those breaks and i’m gonna tell you on so many levels those breaks help those grapes help because you’re not constantly dealing with each other you’re not constantly consummating you’re not constantly giving up that energy to each other and you’re actually dedicating time to the almighty and then it says then you come together again that satan tempt you not for your inconsistencies meaning if you say that you’re gonna take a break know that the temptation is gonna come because anytime you’re trying to practice something that requires obedience to the father anytime you’re trying to practice something that requires any type of discipline uh satan is going to come he’s going to try to tempt you he may you know he may operate through her well you have to tell her look look babe i know you just got out that bathtub you smelling good you’re looking good but hey look let’s be consistent with this until this until we we’re finished with the date that we set and it’s very important it’s important for relationships it helps with longevity and i’m gonna tell you right now look when you finally come back together it’s beautiful because y’all then took that separation you gotta took that time apart and then when you come back together and you make love and you do what it is you doing it it’s it it brings a new dynamic to it you know a lot of couples they doing they having too much sex you understand too much of it going on and since there’s too much sex intelligent that when you go a time period without sex it will literally begin to make yourself your body will begin to go through a metamorphosis your face your structure everything will go through a going on here this person is not creating right now this person is not attracting a mate what is going on we’re sort of like the animal kingdom ladies and gentlemen so your body is like hold on i need to create so let me make this person appear more attractive so i can create a significant other and it also builds discipline it also builds discipline and you can put more work into transmuting your energy to doing good things for yourself because listen you won’t when you’re not having sex you’re going to be hitting the gym a little bit harder brothers you’re going to be in the gym getting it in right when you’re not having sex you’re going to be stacking your hours up a little bit more at work you’re going to be at work trying to get get it popping you’re going to be like you know what let me you know i ain’t doing nothing anyway at home let me what i mean what i’m doing at home but sitting there being tempted by satan tempted by the porn tempted by all these magazines and all these advertisements that’s spreading around what am i doing with my life i might as well stay here stack some money you know keep on work building these hours up you know i might as well stay at the gym an extra hour extra 30 minutes and keep it pushing and then eventually what happened is women when you get around these women they will desire you they will desire you because you let you letting off pheromones like a woman’s body is designed to please a man her body is literally designed to please you brothers so when you get around her she can feel your energy she can feel your essence and on the other side if you’re watching porn all the time if you’re engaging in that lustful vindictive behavior you let off a perverted spirit your vibes become perverted become creepy it’s like you can only be on one side or the other so then when you’re around that woman she has this nasty feeling like look you know you can’t even have a conversation with her because you’re so engaged in pornography and this sickness and this mental fog that you got that you can’t even talk to her with a straight face you can’t even you can’t have a conversation with this woman because you’re only thinking about her body parts you’re looking at her very objectively um you can’t focus on having a conversation you you really you’re not you’re not yourself and women can feel it they can feel it they can feel when you have the spirit of perversion on you somebody’s real derek jackson says i kicked several beautiful women aside if they not on my path hey that’s how we gotta be that’s how we gotta be and when you watch your porn you gotta understand when you perform in that ritual when you’re worshiping these women on the screens those the same type of women that you attract the same type world to see uh those are the type of women who don’t care how many men they deal with as long as the bag is right um those are the type of women who um you know probably on all type of drugs and self-medicating themselves because in order for them to even deal with a lifestyle like that nine times out of ten they dealing with self-medication of some sort because there’s a lot of demons that they gotta fight a woman just dealing like that and that type of industry imagine how many demons these type of women got on them imagine how many dark forces are on these women in those films you’re watching now remember satan said even he will appear like an angel of light so you know satan gonna use the most beautiful thing that the world has to offer us and what’s that the woman you know these women are beautiful don’t get it twisted but that’s what they’re gonna use to extract your power as a man now let’s go let’s go to another scripture here let’s go to first corinthians chapter 10 verse 13 and it reads there have no temptation taking you but such is common to man but god is faithful who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able but with the temptation also make a way to escape that ye may be able to bear it see there’s no temptation that’s common to man all right every man had been tempted every single man who walked this earth is tempted every day tempted to overeat tempted to overindulge tempted to have um you know sex with a [ __ ] tempted to masturbate uh tempted to break your oath of celibacy um there’s no you know every man breathing every woman breathing have all have all these temptations that’s a given but it says that the most high god is faithful he will not suffer you to be tempted above what you are able to handle so anytime you’re tempted the lord already knows that you have the strength and the power in you to fight that temptation that he that is placed before you now the lord doesn’t tip none of us the enemy does that’s why the scriptures tell us lord and the lord’s prayer says god is not in tim temptation but even if we fall into temptation the lord always makes a way of out of it he makes a way up out of it he knows that we have the strength to overcome those temptations that’s why we feel so guilty when we relapse that’s why we feel so guilty when we break a fast that we know we should have did it for three days but we broke it the second day we know we took an oath of abstinence for this amount of time but we broke it and we feel guilty you know why because we knew we were able deep down inside we knew we were able to handle those temptations we knew it and we knew it the second the second when we made the mistake of relapsing we knew that we could have handled it it says but with the temptation also make a way to escape that you may be able to bear is always a way out there’s always a way out and sometimes brothers when you’re dealing with the addiction of porn um the way out often the way out often is just your own thought process your own thought process you got to start to you got to start to look at yourself from the outside looking in when you have those temptations you literally gotta have an out-of-body experience in your room take your take your spirit out of your out of your body for a second and look at yourself when you got that laptop out and you flipped that laptop open and you about to hit the websites literally take your spirit out of your body look over you look at yourself for a second this is a mind listen this is a mind trick that i’ve used before just listen to me i know it sounds sounds a little bit crazy but literally picture yourself and looking at yourself like what are you doing what are you doing literally it helps and and you know when you look at it that way when you look at it that way that’s your way out you want to deal with what’s righteous man yeah somebody yeah i mean for real yes somebody said their facial hair grows in thicker and faster every sense retention it does it absolutely does oh it has a lot of physical benefits a lot of physical benefits uh your hair grow faster longer um your beard grows in um your skin gets clearer semen are involved in polygyny there is always sex going on and it that’s just not the truth that’s just not the truth uh it’s it’s more business oriented than you think it is uh it’s a lot more work that goes into polygamy than you think it is um you have to take time for celibacy you just have to um but when you have these temptations brothers when you have this issue with the porn your mind if you you utilize your mind the right way you can escape you can look at yourself from the outside looking in and you can also think about some of the triggers what triggered you what triggered you to want to pull that laptop open or you know take that phone up what was the trigger for you because sometimes we can go certain places that we’re not ready to be as you build your discipline as a man somebody said loneliness somebody said depression somebody said demons real talk but a lot of the times somebody said vulgarity real talk y’all y’all want it y’all understand yourselves a whole lot which is good social media [Music] what i what i used to to experience when i struggled with that particular sin would be my environments it would be my environments that i would go um certain and i learned i had to learn the hard way that depending on your environment if you’re not built built up in discipline yet certain places you go can be a trigger like if you go to a beach right if you just started nofap if you just started nofap and you go to a beach right and you see all these beautiful women out there uh they’ve been sunbathing their skin looking good you know hey you know they just out there that that that could be a trigger you’re not ready to be in that environment and then when you get home you just you all over the place with it you fighting this temptation or it would be you know if you go to a certain club a certain nightclub but as you go as you build as you build up your discipline that changes brothers it does change to the point where you start looking at women more spiritually than physically yes you can see the outer appearance and be like wow she’s beautiful she has a nice shape but when you become more mature and you you grow discipline on yourself as a man you’re not looking at women the same way you’re looking at her spiritually you’re looking at her eyes because the eyes are the windows of the soul and you begin to be able to read women so much better i mean literally i can i’m very comfortable around women i can sit amongst three four five women and i can tell every i can literally read every single woman i’m in presence with i can i can look at one but like i see her motives i see her motives she don’t really want to be here she don’t really get along with her home girl like you can see it all she’s a decent one she’s decent she’s god-fearing she has potential you begin to recognize women for what they are but when you putting all that porn in your system you are foggy you can’t think you truly cannot think you just can’t and then you know your brother’s got to also have respect for your seed another thing that semen retention does for for a lot of us men is we begin to respect our seeds we respect our seed we understand that our seed brings forth life it brings forth a child life to its fullest potential you bring forth a future nba baller a doctor an artist a surgeon a neurosurgeon a future revolutionary you have your bloodline and your legacy becomes more of an importance to you as a man because listen you went through the discipline and nurturing your seeds you went through the discipline so you begin to value not only yourself as a man but you begin to value your offspring before they even hear you value them you’re not just fitting to give your seed to any woman you’re not fitting to give your seed
