i’ve been i’ve been through that and i’m talking from experience because what you’re doing is you’re tricking your brain with some material that is pretty much unrealistic and you’re tricking your brain to get this dopamine kick from that material instead of getting it from your girlfriend now obviously if you go online you can find pretty much the most extreme things you’re looking for and eventually you’re gonna pretty much be aroused way more by those things than by your girlfriend doesn’t matter how hot she is trust me you lose interest because all the production that goes into doing the porn and the angles even if you experience those experiences in real life you’re not gonna even see the same things because where the camera is positioned is not where you are positioned so it’s pretty much tricking your brain to think that that is sex and what you’re having is not as interesting in that specific situation obviously if you’re fapping you’re pretty much cheating because the way i look at it is that you and your girlfriend both need sex right and you’re going on the same track right and so if you need sex once a day or once every three days whatever so if you’re not if you’re not fapping then you’re having sex at the same time every time however if you’re fapping then you’re pretty much cheating so if you need sex let’s say every three days and you’re fapping the second day the one day before then you’re probably not gonna need sex at the third day and she’s gonna need sex and she’s gonna be like well what’s going on like why are we not having sex am i not attractive for you or what and the thing is that you’re not gonna be in the mood you’re not gonna be attracted to her just because you basically cheated with your porno this will create a problem and in this specific situation no fap is actually a good thing for the relationship another example where no fap can be good is if you are completely addicted to porn you’re jerking off like 10 times per day i don’t know how many times but this is pretty much all you do instead of working you’re jerking off you’re pretty much sick you’re pretty much addicted to that then obviously going on a no-fap is just going to do good for you right it’s going to remove this addiction remove that negative thing that you’re getting from it now that’s another example however if you look at the rest of the for you instead of just going according to one rule and just doing it blindly regardless what happens this is my take on this nofap movement if some guys can go on a nofap for like two years and not bang and they’re they’re completely fine that’s okay that’s good for them but this rule does not apply to everybody your genetics are different from other person’s genetics and your testosterone levels are different from someone else’s if you’re like me you have high testosterone levels and high sex drive and someone comes and tells you hey no fap it’s gonna be problematic for you and
