The truth is, there are some incredible benefits that most guys don’t even realize. But there are also some downsides that nobody talks about. Today, I’m giving you the unfiltered truth, the pros and the cons to help you decide whether or not this challenge is for you. So, first up, let’s talk about the pros of going no fat for 30 days. All right, so number one is rewiring and resetting your brain. When you abstain from releasing, it gives your brain time to kind of reset and recalibrate. And the more you recalibrate or the longer you abstain, the less your body and your brain needs that constant stimulation. Think of it as like you’re pressing the hard reset on your dopamine response. All right? Which is going to in turn benefit you in a few ways. All right? It’s going to give you more focus, more motivation, and it’s going to allow you to lock into long-term tasks a little bit better. Which brings me to the second benefit, and that is boosted energy and drive. A lot of guys report that after about a week, all of this sexual energy that has basically been built up, they channel into more productive things like the gym or work or basically going out with friends. One of the things that happens when you are somebody that consumes the movies or your thing a lot is that you basically lose your motivation to go out and do things, right? Dopamine, like we talked about, is that reward that you get from doing hard [ __ ] And so in the old days, right, if you wanted that hit of dopamine, you needed to go and do something productive and then that was your reward. You know, back in the day, you were a spicy cave animal, you would have to go hunt like a cheetah or a saber-tooth tiger, right? You’d fight it. You bang it over the head with a club. You drag it back to your spicy ass cave senorita. And she’d be like, « Ah, dopamine, boom, is firing. » And then she’d want to get sexy with you because you just did something manly. Same thing. The third benefit to not doing it for 30 days is self-respect and confidence skyrockets. Why? Because you decided to do something difficult and actually succeeded at it. Confidence comes from you achieving something you set out to do, not from six-pack abs. And women notice this confidence. Honestly, when you feel good about yourself, it’s like nothing else in the world can get in your way. And the other thing that basically happens is you feel better about yourself because a lot of people feel that there is a negativity surrounding them actually looking at the movies and spanking their monkey, right? They feel guilty about it because our parents or society or religion has told us, « Hey, it’s bad. » But we do it because, well, that’s what we do and that’s what we’ve been conditioned to do. But there’s this little negative voice in the back of our head that feels guilty after we finish doing our thing and we get that release. All right, that goes away. The fourth benefit is better sex with your partner. And this is something I can tell you from experience. When I stopped looking at the movies and stopped doing my thing to myself, my sex drive went actually through the roof. horny, you get hornier, right? And there comes an appreciation to basically women and pretty much like women in general because when you’re actually looking and consuming the movies and doing your thing to you, right, it’s kind of like, you know, you have your pick, right? You can look for a movie that satisfies whatever you’re into at the moment, but it kind of desensitizes your brain to the real world. And so when you take that away, it’s like everything kind of gets better. and amped up. But my relations and my drive and my wanting to basically be a good partner, it exponentially increased when I stopped doing it to myself. And I’m not saying that I had like a problem with porn or I had a problem like doing it compulsively or excessively. Not at all. But when you take it away and you don’t have it as an option, it rewires your brain in all sorts of different ways. And not just in dopamine, right? It’s also in sex drive and really channeling that drive to the thing that you should be driven to, which is your partner or going out and seeking it in the real world. And that’s one of the other things when you actually consume by yourself, it makes us lazy. It makes us not want to go out and experience, right? But when you’re not getting it, right, you want to go out, you want to meet people, you want to talk to people, you want to approach people. And it’s a very, very different experience talking to somebody and flirting when you haven’t been jacking off all the time. Now that being said, there are some negative side effects and consequences resulting from you not doing it because the truth is you know releasing is something natural. It is something good for you. It is something very healthy and there are a lot of benefits. Now I don’t want you to think about releasing the same way as porn. All right? They’re different things in my opinion. A lot of times we consume the one in order to do the other. But doing this and releasing isn’t necessarily something bad and negative in my opinion. The constant dopamine that you’re getting from watching or using something in order to facilitate that, that is where a lot of the problems arise. But now, let’s talk about some of the benefits that you’re missing out on. So, number one is blue balls or discomfort. Some guys experience this. If you’re not releasing on a regular basis, you get like a buildup. The reason why guys have like nocturnal emissions, aka wet dreams, is because of this buildup and your body’s like, « Yo, I got to I got to I got to I got to release the hounds. » All right, same thing. And so, there is something that you’re going to notice a lot of times, and that is maybe an increased pressure or just feeling like anxious. All right, the second negative is a flatline libido. Now, here’s the deal. I just talked about when you don’t right your libido and your sex drive goes up but some guys actually report that their libido flatlines like they lose a little bit of interest but this typically is temporary. Now the other thing that you’re going to notice is increase stress and anxiety. One of the benefits of releasing the hounds on a regular basis is that it does release stress. It is something that guys can do to basically take the edge off. All right. If you’re not doing it, a lot of times we can get a little bit anxious or frustrated or things that wouldn’t bother us before start to bother us. It’s good because the blood flow is in. It’s it’s stretching everything out and it keeps things working properly. But if you are not getting them or not doing your thing, it can actually make it smaller or not as hard. A few other random benefits of releasing the hounds on a regular basis is improved sleep, not to mention improved sexual function. All right, lasting longer. And that’s something else. If you’re not doing it ever and then you like go to get with somebody, right, a lot of times it’s over before it even starts. All right, if you’re releasing the hounds on a regular basis, you got a little bit more control. But really, in a nutshell, and to finish this video off, it does boil down to control. There is no silver bullet, right? No fat will not fix your life if you’re undisiplined. It’s not going to make you rich or shredded or anything like that. But when you develop self-control and discipline, this is definitely something that’s going to impact you in a positive way. If you’re somebody that feels they’ve got a problem with watching the movies or you do it too much, and what too much is really is going to depend on the individual. When you’re a younger dude, right, you’re like, « Yo, buddy, what’s happening? » Right? Everything turns you on and you’re doing your thing. And now, oh my god, I can’t even imagine how much I would have done it if I was a young dude and I had like this or like this in my pocket, right? I didn’t. I’m old. I’m almost 50 years old. I had to look at like magazines like like Sears cataloges and like Victoria Secret like like circulars. Like this was my action, right? Not the same, gentlemen. Which brings me to something else and that is imagination. One of the things that you lose when you actually have access to the movies and one of the downsides to it is that it takes the imagination away. You basically become desensitized. And that’s something else. If you are somebody that is watching on a regular basis, it’s desensitizing you to the whole experience. When you cut it out, it’s beneficial. And I’m not here to debate the pros and cons of watching the movies, but really more than no fat for 30 days, I would say abstain from watching for 30 days. You still want to take care of business, take care of business, but use your imagination. It’s going to be a different experience. And it’s also going to help you, I think, really understand that you don’t need that in order to be successful at doing your thing. And so, I’m just throwing it out there, something to think about. The truth is, no fap, 30 days. It’s powerful and a lot of guys use it to basically just get started with a new way of life. All right? It’s about, like I said, rewiring your brain. It’s about control. It’s about developing discipline. And for that reason, I think it’s amazing if you’re somebody that does feel they have a problem.
