Apologies for last video just being a green screen cuz I ran out of um storage and like for some reason it corrupted my cuz I was trying to merge videos together on iMovic. It’s definitely to do with like not having enough storage and deleting. I think I tried to delete the original videos to download it and that was a mistake. Anyway, yeah, today is the morning because of my sleeping pattern. I was coming at night time to actually the previous two videos was at 9:00, 8:30, 9:00 and today it is 7:30 or something. But yeah, it’s raining [ __ ] day today. Very bad day. And um yeah, I’m actually really tired to be honest. I wasn’t going to come out initially, but then I said I have to make this video. Um and I just pushed myself to leave the house even though I was tired. And um yeah, today I’m feeling really anxious to be honest as leaves come down on me. Um yeah, really anxious. I’ve had four cups of tea today, so I think that’s definitely why. Um but yeah, just really anxious walking outside. It’s really anxious actually. Um, and yeah, these days when it comes to the nofap days, I it’s all just sort of like it’s all a mess. I don’t know where my emotions are. I can’t really calculate myself. I used to be able to know like day two was brain fog and then it got really hard, day four. Nowadays, it’s just all it’s all different. And like I said in many of my videos, I think it’s to do with how far my brain has basically been affected with porn. It’s just basically changed it’s changed my libido and how quickly how quickly uh I need to I get the urges basically. And um yeah, we have to see this time because always the the first few days are like um easy and then all of a sudden it just gets you get a taste of what it how difficult it actually is and then you’re like, « Oh crap, that’s like that’s how it was. » You know, if you know what I mean. So yeah, I just want to know basically what you’ve learned if you’ve done that. Um yeah, I mean if you’ve made it that far. But yeah, man. Gosh, I don’t know if tomorrow is going to be difficult. So far so good. Maybe tomorrow I’ll get a fish and chips. I’ll get a fish and chips and a beer because um for those viewers who aren’t who don’t um live in England, there’s a restaurant. No, there’s a pub chain pub/rest restaurant chain. Well, it’s kind of just a pub to be honest, but called Weather Spoons and they do a you basically get a free alcoholic drink with your dinner. or meal. So, for instance, if you want a fish and chips, I can get like a free beer with that. So, I might get that tomorrow, but yeah, as I said, alcohol is very tomorrow. I know it’s not a day where I’m going to do it. Definitely not. So, I could drink a pint. Um, I could definitely drink something, but yeah, when it gets hard, no way. No way am I going to risk. I’m not gonna like you lose your sanity. And and we know that it comes in urges. It comes in waves, right? If I get hit with a wave whilst I’m like drunk. And I actually think the worst thing about drinking alcohol doing this on this journey is not getting the the initial bit. It’s when you sort of come home and you’re kind of like drowsy from the comedown of alcohol. That’s that’s like the danger. That’s relapse danger, bro. Like I remember I had two beers one day and I was fine and then I came home and then like my mind kind of just I got into that kind of like fog of wanting to relapse where you kind of just can’t control your your mind, right? It takes like it takes like discipline and integrity. And in that moment because I was kind of drowsy, I just relapsed and I like kind of just I didn’t have the um the discipline and I just kind of gave up because that’s what alcohol does to you. And even when I felt like it I wasn’t even drunk, it’s just something that was attached to the drowsiness kind of took took over my mind. So, I’m definitely not going to it’s definitely a no-go this time round. But yeah, like I said with my strategy, I’ve got to just um I don’t know. I’m not going to go out for the whole day. Oh [ __ ] man. It’s going to be so difficult. I can’t go out. I I I was staying out really like throughout the whole day last time and I just get home and I’d crash and then when you get tired, you just want to do it. By the way, I’m experiencing brain fog actually right now, but I think it’s cuz I’m tired. But yeah, the caffeine is I’m jittery. Very jittery. I don’t know if I come across as jittery, but I feel like kind of I feel kind of stupid a bit. Like I’m not really not really expressing myself the way I want to. But but yeah, anyway, day three.
