Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: no porn then what is okay i’m dr trish lee i’m here to tell you okay if you’re here in my channel you know that i’m all about ditching the porn and i tell you all the science behind why you need to run not walk away from a pornography habit it is shrinking your brain and it’s creating under activity it’s making it so that you have to continue to go back to a screen to feel okay about your life you have to go back to that screen so that your brain gets a super normal stimulus a huge dump of neurochemicals into your brain that tells your brain i’m okay i’m calm i’m stimulated life’s good except for it’s fake life isn’t good when you do that you are literally trashing the circuitry and making it so that you can’t be okay out in the actual beautiful world where your work your friends and your family and your partner and your hobbies and what you’d like to do for enjoyment reside back in the actual world irl as i call it um as my kids like to say i like to tell them get your action off your video games and get outside into irl and that is what i want you to do to get your action off your screen get back out into the world but when you get there i want you to feel good that is the whole point of life life can be filled with peace and calmness and joy for you it might not be if your brain is so sucked in you don’t even know what it feels like to become any more likely and i see it in the screens all the time that people’s brains are really over active and just jacked up using tons of hot fast energy of anxiety and lots of slow energy of boredom and overwhelm and the key is to bring those two down and to bump up perfect processing speed for calm focused in the middle so you can just feel good back in your life so that’s what we are talking about here so what is okay good old fashioned actual relational sex with a partner so in many different forms of addiction recovery people are told that they’re not allowed to have sex for 90 days that is not true in my training and my belief system as a professional because if you just think about it logically it totally makes sense i’ll tell you why because if you are abstaining from pornography which is giving your brain this dump of neurochemicals that it needs honestly then you abstain from that for 90 days what does that create tons of withdrawal symptoms and what you’re trying to do is unwire the pattern from the screen without rewiring in the pattern for healthy sexuality with a partner so you’re just counting on unwiring for 90 days which can be more painful for your brain and your body and your life when you engage in actual relational sex with a partner what happens is you’re giving your brain the appropriate amount of neurochemical release so your brain’s releasing dopamine and serotonin which will make your brain feel good it’s releasing oxytocin prolactin noradrenaline it’s releasing neurochemicals that make you feel not bad and that’s the whole point feeling good and not feeling bad but it’s with a partner in a healthy way that your brain was designed to get those neurochemicals so when you’re with your partner the neurochemical release releases here at the perfect amount when you engage in a pornography habit it’s up here like trashing the system because it’s letting so much in so instead of unwiring the brain pattern and just waiting for your brain to be okay with not getting these levels over 90 days instead you’re giving your brain that healthy amount with your partner and at the same time your brain is producing these neural chemicals which will couple your brain to your partner which is healthy that’s what we want in the end the idea of rebooting and recovery is that you end up connected to the world again not connected to the screen we want you to connect your brain to your work so you can feel on purpose we’re all here to do something i’m here doing what i’m here to do you’re here to do something too so when you get up you want to couple your brain to that thing get all excited and jazzed about going into the world and doing your work the same time you want to get excited and jazzed about spending time with your partner sexually you want to get excited about spending time with your friends and your family in in intimate relational ways you also want to get excited about going out there and doing your hobbies uh my hubs is off to golf today for five six hours with his friends that feels great to his brain that is really good for him because he’s off to do the thing that he loves his hobby with his cronies i’m sure they’ll do weird things while they’re out there and that is perfect for his brain that’s what i want you to do so that’s why those are the things that are okay go do them and avoid the habit at all costs we’re gonna unwire and rewire and then hardwire in that new pattern okay if you want help doing that go check out my website i have a short course there that’s accessible affordable and anonymous just like pornography i’m here for you i got your back i know you can do this neuroplasticity is proven to work at every age for every person if they want it so i know it can work for you okay remember control your brain or it’ll control you .

.52 no porn then what is okay
.48 i’m dr trish lee i’m here to tell you
.6 okay if you’re here in my channel you
.0 know that
.719 i’m all about ditching the porn and i
.0 tell you all the science behind why
.64 you need to run not walk away
.92 from a pornography habit it is shrinking
.72 your brain and it’s creating
.32 under activity it’s making it so that
.439 you have to continue to go back
.599 to a screen to feel
.8 okay about your life you have to go back
.6 to that screen so that your brain
.68 gets a super normal stimulus
.52 a huge dump of neurochemicals into your
.239 brain
.8 that tells your brain i’m okay i’m calm
.719 i’m stimulated life’s good except for
.199 it’s fake
.76 life isn’t good when you do that you are
.48 literally trashing the circuitry
.559 and making it so that you can’t be okay
.6 out in the actual beautiful world where
.8 your work your friends and your family
.28 and your partner
.4 and your hobbies and what you’d like to
.04 do
.6 for enjoyment reside back in the actual
.799 world
.28 irl as i call it um as my kids
.04 like to say i like to tell them get your
.52 action off your video games
.88 and get outside into irl and that is
.479 what i want you to do to get your action
.96 off your screen get back out into the
.119 world but when you get there
.88 i want you to feel good that is the
.84 whole point of life
.439 life can be filled with peace and
.24 calmness
.119 and joy for you it might not be
.56 if your brain is so sucked in you don’t
.88 even know
.84 what it feels like to become any more
.24 likely
.96 and i see it in the screens all the time
.04 that people’s brains are
.799 really over active and just jacked up
.92 using tons of hot fast energy of anxiety
.96 and lots of slow energy of boredom and
.759 overwhelm
.64 and the key is to bring those two down
.52 and to bump
.399 up perfect processing speed for calm
.039 focused
.84 in the middle so you can just feel good
.16 back in your life
.52 so that’s what we are talking about here
.959 so what is okay good
.239 old fashioned actual relational sex with
.239 a partner so in
.36 many different forms of addiction
.64 recovery
.44 people are told that they’re not allowed
.599 to have sex for 90 days
.599 that is not true in my training
.44 and my belief system as a professional
.08 because if you just think about it
.36 logically it totally makes sense i’ll
.959 tell you why
.84 because if you are abstaining from
.72 pornography
.68 which is giving your brain this dump of
.16 neurochemicals that it needs
.76 honestly then you abstain from that for
.599 90 days
.319 what does that create tons of withdrawal
.879 symptoms and
.239 what you’re trying to do is unwire the
.159 pattern from the screen
.599 without rewiring in the pattern for
.879 healthy sexuality with a partner so
.319 you’re just counting on unwiring for 90
.28 days which can be
.48 more painful for your brain and your
.239 body and your life
.0 when you engage in actual relational sex
.799 with a partner
.76 what happens is you’re giving your brain
.4 the appropriate amount of neurochemical
.04 release so your brain’s releasing
.879 dopamine and serotonin which will make
.799 your brain feel good
.239 it’s releasing oxytocin prolactin
.08 noradrenaline it’s releasing
.76 neurochemicals that make you feel
.68 not bad and that’s the whole point
.319 feeling good and not feeling bad
.799 but it’s with a partner in a healthy
.64 way that your brain was designed to get
.36 those neurochemicals
.959 so when you’re with your partner the
.159 neurochemical release releases here at
.84 the perfect amount
.2 when you engage in a pornography habit
.12 it’s up here
.48 like trashing the system because it’s
.64 letting so much
.519 in so instead of unwiring
.56 the brain pattern and just waiting for
.72 your brain to be okay
.08 with not getting these levels over 90
.799 days
.359 instead you’re giving your brain that
.519 healthy amount
.56 with your partner and at the same time
.479 your brain is producing these neural
.16 chemicals which will
.28 couple your brain to your partner
.4 which is healthy that’s what we want in
.72 the end
.52 the idea of rebooting and recovery is
.24 that
.8 you end up connected to the world again
.16 not connected to the screen we want you
.32 to connect your brain to your work
.08 so you can feel on purpose we’re all
.919 here to do something
.44 i’m here doing what i’m here to do
.52 you’re here to do something too
.12 so when you get up you want to couple
.16 your brain to that thing
.52 get all excited and jazzed about going
.44 into the world and doing your work
.12 the same time you want to get excited
.8 and jazzed about spending time with your
.639 partner
.6 sexually you want to get excited about
.32 spending time with your friends and your
.919 family in
.88 in intimate relational ways you also
.36 want to get excited about going out
.88 there and doing your hobbies
.639 uh my hubs is off to golf today for
.68 five six hours with his friends that
.6 feels great to his brain
.759 that is really good for him because he’s
.08 off to do the thing that he loves
.16 his hobby with his cronies i’m sure
.28 they’ll do weird things while they’re
.479 out there
.199 and that is perfect for his brain that’s
.68 what i want you to do
.12 so that’s why those are the things that
.44 are okay go do them
.199 and avoid the habit at all costs we’re
.919 gonna unwire
.44 and rewire and then hardwire in that new
.639 pattern
.52 okay if you want help doing that go
.36 check out my website i have a short
.199 course there that’s
.479 accessible affordable and anonymous just
.639 like pornography
.759 i’m here for you i got your back i know
.759 you can do this neuroplasticity
.24 is proven to work at every age for
.44 every person if they want it so i know
.08 it can work for you
.52 okay remember control your brain or
.319 it’ll control you
