Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: hey everyone i’m parker with the culture project and today we’re going to talk about men and emotional chastity [Music] what is emotional chastity basically it is living in the reality of your relationships it’s not imagining some fantasy future with someone that you’re not even dating women are often the ones that are pegged for this so much so that in every men’s and women’s talk it seems to be all that the women talk about and something that the men barely even discuss but honestly guys really do struggle with this too generally not saying this is true for each and every person but generally speaking we can say that women tend to struggle more with issues of emotional chastity and men tend to struggle more with issues of physical chastity and while that’s true to say that one sex might struggle more with one temptation more than another it’s not true to say that just because one sex struggles more than the other that the other sex can’t also struggle with that issue in fact it can actually be hurtful to say that men never think about these things that they’re only interested in physical things they’re only interested in sex they’re not possible in any way of imagining romance whenever we say that we’re kind of cutting men short so if you’re a dude out there who maybe feels i don’t know less manly because you’re struggling with an issue that’s usually reserved for women’s talks you are not alone you’re not less manly you’re human this is a human issue my encouragement to you to combat this struggle is one simple step act we as men have a great natural inclination to initiate to put everything on the line and risk everything for love asking a girl out on a date can be so scary but the more and more that we just played over in our mind and don’t act the more and more that we’re loving a fantasy and not actually a person so ask yourself questions like is this real this is someone that i actually want to date and if the answer is yes then act don’t stay in your head because the longer and longer that you wait you might miss your chance and end up regretting what could have been i believe in you this world needs strong brave courageous men to stand up and take a risk for the beautiful virtuous women out there and you’re exactly the guy for the job thanks for watching make sure you subscribe to our channel here at the culture project check out our social media accounts linked below and go to thecultureproject.org for more information .
