would say that if you don’t feel the guilt there’s probably something that we need to look at if you feel absolutely no remorse then you might believe that it’s perfectly okay which will be damaging for you in the long run if you believe that porn and masturbation is absolutely fine then you need to start taking a look at what you’re doing from a different perspective okay but when you relapse which you will do and I’m just going to keep it real I’m not one of those guys that will say do these five things and you’ll never do it again humans by Nature are flawed we are going to fall into bad habits even from time to time I fall into bad habits the Temptation is real for me now just because I make these videos does it mean that I’m an absolute Angel and I never fall into sin nah I am far from perfect my brothers far but I strive to be the best that I could possibly be and I give myself credit where credit is due and I do not sit and ponder over my mistakes for hours and days and weeks I always say to you fellas learn from the past but don’t live there because when you start living in the past it will mess you up it will rob you of a beautiful future of a prosperous future so acknowledge tell yourself you know what I’m probably gonna relapse but as I told you guys in my previous no fan videos as long as the frequency is decreasing good if you go from doing it every day to now once a week good now it’s not good that you relapsed right because we want to get to a point where we reduce the frequency even more to maybe once a month and then eventually you’re not even doing it why because you’re in a relationship with a woman and you you have an active sex life with her so you won’t need to sit there and boss one off on your own self right you know there’s a saying which I live by discipline your emotions do not let your emotions run you because your mind if you’re not careful can take over it’s like a virus if you do not address the virus quickly it will take over completely and it will shut the whole system down and unfortunately a lot of people are stuck in their ways because they allowed those negative thoughts to take over you know of course it’s never a good feeling when you relapse and you’re disappointed in yourself but tell yourself you know what yeah it sucks why did I [ __ ] do that but you know what I’m proud of what I’ve done so far this month you know I’ve gone this many days without it good I’m trying my best I’m being busy which I always encourage you guys to be on on your nofap journey be busy as [ __ ] you know after work hit the gym go boxing training sit in a cafe somewhere start scheduling your content if you’re a content creator or maybe start working on your Drop Shipping business or start back testing the market if you’re a Trader and then you come home and then you know you’re so busy most of the time most of the day you’re out of the house getting [ __ ] done okay so give yourself credit you know what I’ve been I’ve been keeping myself really busy and when you relapse acknowledge that it was [ __ ] I don’t have to [ __ ] do that why did I do that but then get back on track quickly you know what it was a mistake I shouldn’t have done it but back to work we go you know and then the next time you relapse maybe three four five weeks away which she will do but then eventually you’ll get to a point when you can control your desires so well you’ll have all the urges right there and you’ll be like nah I don’t want to do it that’s how you know you’ve I wouldn’t say successfully completed nofap because I don’t see nofap as one of those things that you complete it’s something that you can get really good at you know abstaining from self-pleasure it can become part of who you are I don’t do these things in the same way that I don’t drink for example I don’t self-pleasure you can get to a point where you believe that and you embody that and you don’t do that you can but if you go from where you are right now which is obsessively engaging in this act of self-pleasure give yourself the time to iron it out because look it’s not one of those things that you just stop doing a bad habit is one of those things that you slowly phase out by replacing it with good habits which is why I say go out the house hit the gym go boxing training work on a business have something that occupies your time now you’ll still have free time and maybe those desires and those urges will come to you in your free time but the longer you go and this is what I said in one of my last videos the more wins you stack and the longer you go without relapsing the more you don’t want to relapse because you’re like man I’ve accomplished so much already I owe it to myself to keep this going I don’t want you to count the days I’ve said this before I don’t want you to be like 31 don’t think I want you to be thinking like that okay because it’s unnecessary pressure but you’ll be like [ __ ] man you know what I’ve been doing so well I don’t want to let myself down now and you’ll feel the benefits which I spoke about in my last videos you’ll feel the attraction from women you’ll feel stronger in the gym right your self-esteem most importantly this is the biggest benefit is the Boost in self-esteem massive boost you go from seeing yourself as a sad wanker to actually respecting yourself you know what I’m proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish over the last couple of months I’ve been working so hard and you know I’ve abstained from this silly goofy Act yeah man I like myself more when you feel good you do good you want to keep going out there and keep winning it’s a good feeling okay so it’s all right man don’t worry if you’ve relapsed you will it’s not going to happen overnight you’re not going to flick a switch and boom but you’ve got to start filling your calendar right now you’ve got to start taking productive action force yourself for example if you’ve been thinking of playing the piano for so long book 10 lessons in advance or 20 lessons pay a few hundred I don’t give a [ __ ] just so that your calendar now is full with something to do after work for example and now you have to go to the lessons because otherwise you’ll lose out on the money okay so things like that I mean that’s that’s what works for me committing you know having skin in the game a financial amount up front that forces me I have to do it now right and look slowly over time you’ll start stacking those wins and you won’t even be thinking about porn you know so it’s all right you you will relapse but you’ll bounce back you’ll bounce back and over time the frequency will drop so much and then you’ll get into a relationship because you’re now a better man more attractive you’ve got more going on for you you’re a more interesting man you know you’re able to complete tasks successfully that’s another major benefit of nofap you know your ability to see things through improves drastically you go from being somebody who starts something and then gives up after three days to somebody that sets a goal starts taking productive action towards it and actually gets the goal but you’ve set for yourself and even if you don’t get the exact goal let’s say it wasn’t ten thousand let’s say you achieved seven thousand you’re still a lot further ahead okay so your ability to actually engage in the process
