got there so that was the most bizarre part of all and so it All Began about when I was 16 years of age when I was in the worst position of my life I was about to kill myself literally because bro I jerked off 30 times in one single day come on man that’s so disgusting that’s so much I’m surprised I’m even still alive I’ve heard the stories of people that died after jerking off 37 56 times in a row and I was close to that man I was going there thankfully though nothing like that happened but still that day while I was thinking how to commit suicide I had this one tablet which is this exact leave my life in a position of I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow nor do I want to know so I decided to give it a shot I started meditating I started journaling and most importantly of all I started going to the gym and on top of that even started no within that one second of me clicking that video so from that point onward believe it or not I have not touched my pee PE ever again and I’m here to tell you something how I unlocked this power to seek discomfort and do the hard work especially when it didn’t feel like it so it’s very simple actually it’s extremely simple it all came down first of all to me knowing where I wanted to go within my life and that’s a mistake that many people do within their lives there is this one phenomenal quote that I respect so goddamn much within my life and it goes like if you don’t know your destination any go any road will get you there and many people have no clue where the [ __ ] they are going literally no idea whatsoever they’re just existing day to day sitting in their bench going to work going to school coming back home playing a bunch of video games only to repeat the same [ __ ] again and of course whenever they have time on or whenever they feel like it they jerk off to their coworker that is probably an only defense model so that’s the sad reality of many people they have no clue where you’re where they are going and maybe you’re in the same position so how do you know where you’re going you need to understand your journey and the way you do that is first of all setting a destination up for yourself and that is not hard at all all you need to do is just set a time frame for yourself a goal that you would like to achieve 6 12 24 months down the line or maybe even further I would suggest maximum two years down the line because it is kind of close but also not too close so go with 2 years with 24 months down the line where do you see yourself 24 months down the line and not from your current position of life where do you want to be ask yourself that question and when you do that a bunch of ideas will come up maybe you want to be jaed maybe you want to have respect from from other people maybe you want to be able to go to the most beautiful mountain ever such as the mountain that I’m currently on and just enjoy life for example maybe you want to go in places like thism much you probably can’t see it maybe not too clearly but look at this beauty so you may want to go in the same place that I’m currently you may want to be in the same position where I am currently or maybe something even better than that you may want to teach people you may want to be jacked you may want to have a wife you may want to own a business it doesn’t matter what matters is that this is purely authentic to you so what’s the next step after you do this first of all you write everything down exactly as you want it to happen I want to care that I want to this I want to so and so blah blah blah blah blah you just write that down and and now after you do that the Second Step would be to go forward and make sure you utilize and optimize your life current life so that your future self can live it for you what do I mean well let me give you a very simple analogy let’s say you want to become one of the best singers ever everybody knows Michael Jackson everybody knows knows him W I can’t do it but that guy you know you know him so Michael Jackson if you wanted to become exactly like him and his Spirit entered your body tonight whenever while you are asleep and you wake up tomorrow and you try to sing you are going to hear the best singing voice ever don’t you think you were going to be a small criminal my point you are going to know exactly the movement of his mouth that dep of voice he needs to use the notes the tonality everything simply because his spirit is in your body and even if he lives afterwards he will still leave a good remark within your life within your muscle memory and you will at least be 10% better than you were before he entered your body even after he leaves hopefully that makes sense to you bro if not just rewatch this entire segment that I just explained to you now that’s exactly what we want to do with your future self you maybe don’t want to sing you may don’t want to be like you may just want to go forward and be a successful businessman maybe you want to go to Mars
